Return/Refund Policy 

We will only accept Products returned as follows:

No refund on international orders.

We accept exchanges only for UK orders.

we accept all online purchases that are returned to us within 14 days of purchase for online store credit or exhange in size or change of product, prices can vary if items was on sale or market fluctuates 

are accompanied by a valid proof of purchase;

all refunds will be subject to our appraisal of the Products;

All items are insured up too £70 with Royal Mail 24tracked service

all Products must be returned in the same unworn condition as sold, in their original undamaged packaging, with all labels attached.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if these conditions are not met.

For cancellation on order before dispatch will occur a 10% charge due to sneakerville potentially losing out on a sale and charged for processing fees.
